PassionMap provides a mobile social experience centered on the map, profiles, events and messaging. The service is designed to help users meet people who share passions and discover nearby events.

Terms of Use
These terms of use govern access to and use of PassionMap, a location-based social mobile app designed to help people meet around shared passions and take part in nearby events.

- You must provide accurate information and use PassionMap lawfully and respectfully.
- Offensive, dangerous, fraudulent or harassing content is not allowed.
- PassionMap may suspend an account or limit features in case of abuse or user safety concerns.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use PassionMap.
3. Account and information
- You are responsible for the information submitted in your account and profile.
- You must keep information sufficiently accurate for the service to operate properly.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless unauthorized use is demonstrated.
- You may sign in with Google, Facebook or email. When using Facebook or Google, you authorize PassionMap to receive the account information required for authentication, as described in the privacy policy.
4. Facebook Login and other providers
PassionMap offers Facebook Login to simplify sign-up. Use of Facebook Login is also subject to Meta's terms and policies in addition to these terms. PassionMap is not responsible for third-party services (Facebook, Google, Firebase) beyond its own service scope.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to publish, transmit or organize content or events that are unlawful, misleading, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing or otherwise infringe the rights of others.
You also agree not to bypass service security, disrupt operations or collect other users data without a legitimate basis.
6. Location and interactions
The service relies on location and proximity information. Some features may be limited if you deny or disable these permissions.
You remain solely responsible for your meetings, travel, participation in events and decisions made after interacting through PassionMap.
7. User content
You keep your rights in the content you post to the extent permitted by law. You grant PassionMap the permissions strictly necessary to host, display, transmit, moderate and process that content for service operation.
8. Moderation and suspension
PassionMap may remove content, limit features, temporarily suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
9. Service availability
PassionMap aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, product changes, technical limitations or external constraints may temporarily affect access.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PassionMap is not responsible for user conduct, offline meetings, third-party content or indirect damages linked to service use. The organizer of an event takes their own responsibility; see Organizer responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Service and terms updates
PassionMap may evolve the service and update these terms to reflect functional, technical or legal changes. The latest version is available on this page.
