1. Role of PassionMap
PassionMap is a location-based social app. It helps people discover others and nearby events. It is not the organizer of user-published events. It provides no on-site supervision, insurance, or management.

Organizer responsibility
When you publish an event on PassionMap, you act as the organizer. You take personal responsibility for it. PassionMap is never responsible for the event, how it runs, or its consequences.

- The organizer alone is responsible for the event they publish and run.
- PassionMap only connects people around shared passions.
- PassionMap does not organize, supervise, or guarantee any offline event.
- By publishing an event, you confirm you have read and accepted these rules.
2. Organizer responsibility
By publishing an event, you confirm that:
- you are the organizer and you take full responsibility for it;
- the published details (place, date, description, conditions) are accurate and up to date;
- you comply with applicable law, safety rules, and any required authorizations;
- you clearly inform participants about risks and any needed gear;
- you are responsible for interactions and how the event unfolds outside the app.
3. PassionMap liability exclusion
To the extent permitted by law, PassionMap is never responsible for:
- organizing, cancelling, or running an event;
- the conduct of organizers or participants;
- accidents, injuries, or material or immaterial damage before, during, or after an event;
- offline meetings initiated through the app;
- user-published content (titles, descriptions, images, messages).
Nothing in this document limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Safety and common sense
Each participant remains free to join or skip an event. Check the place, weather, your skill level, and gear before committing. If something feels wrong or unsafe, leave and report the account to contact@passionmap.app.

This document complements the terms of use, including the liability section. If there is a conflict, the terms of use prevail, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
